Join Our Team as a Sales Engineer!
Value Addition, a leader in system conceptual design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our Riyadh office. Established in 1997, we serve industries ranging from hospitality to healthcare, providing innovative solutions with a strong engineering foundation.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products and services to potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer requirements and provide the necessary support.
• Plan and adjust products to meet specific customer needs.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales ability and understanding of customer requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment, specifically:

• Chillers
• Steam boilers
• Hot water boilers
• Thermal Oil heaters
• Accessories related to the above

A valid KSA/UAE LMV 4-wheel driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate must be hardworking and ready to travel frequently. Knowledge of local projects and fluency in Arabic and English are essential. You will need to effectively convince consultants/customers, maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and follow up on inquiries to meet sales targets.
