The Role: As the
Cluster Beverage Director, you will work in a dynamic environment overseeing the beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring that our offerings delight our guests and distinguish our hotel in the local market.
Key Areas of Responsibilities: - Spearhead the pre-opening strategy and execution of beverage operations.
- Manage all beverage outlet and banquet beverage operations.
- Maximize revenue through increased sales and cost management.
- Create and maintain a compelling beverage list.
- Ensure effective inventory and cost control systems.
- Collaborate with the training manager to develop team skills.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety protocols.
- Plan monthly maintenance inspections and promote inter-departmental relations.
Qualifications and Standards: The ideal candidate must have 23 years of experience in a Beverage Director role, preferably in luxury hospitality, with proven expertise in managing high-end beverage programs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead diverse teams are essential.
