Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and greeting them professionally.
- Managing appointments and bookings and organizing the service schedule.
- Responding to calls and messages on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Following up on appointment confirmations and reminding them.
- Coordinating with center staff and organizing client flow.
- Collecting payments and issuing invoices.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.
- Providing information about services and current offers to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Good appearance and elegant style in dealing.
- Excellent communication skills and high customer service.
- Ability to use computers and booking software.
- Ability to handle work pressure and organize time.
- Previous experience in beauty centers or spas is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
