Purpose of the RoleIn this position, you will identify leads, understand technical requirements, and bridge client needs with Immensa's capabilities in digitization and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
- Identify and qualify new leads within target industries.
- Research to understand clients’ operations and uncover pain points.
- Collaborate on targeted campaigns and events.
- Use CRM & ERP tools for tracking leads.
- Technical Engagement:
- Meet customers to understand their requirements.
- Collect project details and coordinate internally for proposals.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Sales Execution:
- Share quotes and actively follow up to drive sales closure.
- Coordinate with teams for pricing, delivery, and documentation.
- Manage order processing and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on leads and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the energy sector.
- Proven track record in solution selling.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.
