- Cascade operational priorities such as profitability, safety, and reliability to your team.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate operational issues.
- Participate in risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and health policies.
- Assist in training staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications like Six Sigma or PMP are preferred.
