Job Purpose: Maintain general and department-specific routine daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carrying out inventories and inventory control activities, and possibly managing purchase and change orders.
Key Accountability Areas:- Store Process: Receiving, handling & storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment.
- Inventory record updates.
- Coding for material.
- Recording & maintaining monthly reports on assets.
- Receipt vouchers.
- Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material.
Material Management:- Receiving material at the incoming bay of the store.
- Checking delivery notes, packing lists, transfer notes, etc.
- Material issue as per request.
- Daily update for temporarily issued material.
Role Accountability:- HR Proficiency: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
- Delivery: Use tools and machinery efficiently within cost and time constraints.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in solving any related issues and escalate complex operational problems.

Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute.
Work Experience: Fresher - 02 years.
Technical / Functional Competencies: Well Organized, Communication, Teamwork, Details Oriented, Report writing.
