About the Role:Join atmaal as a Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance through data analysis. Atmaal is a leading provider of business process outsourcing, and we are committed to operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Use Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Document business requirements, processes, and gap analyses.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Advanced level) and Power BI (Professional level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in building executive dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience in corporate, financial, or service-based environments is an advantage.
