Architect (Saudi National)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing architectural designs and supervising their development.

Using engineering software (AutoCAD – Revit – SketchUp – Lumion, etc.).

Field supervision of project sites.

Receiving work from contractors and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

Preparing technical reports, raising notes, and following up on their implementation.

Requirements:

Saudi National.

Relevant experience in design and architectural supervision.

Proficiency in engineering and design software.

Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Work Location: Dammam – Eastern Province

• Extracting basic real estate information and data using drawing tools on computers.
• Presenting data in the form of snippets (fields).
• Entering data via the Digitization application.

• Ability to work with drawing programs and tools.

• Lead the business strategy implementation for Oncology and Cardiovascular CoE.
• Organize and coordinate administrative activities aligned with clinical and nursing leads.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all cementing jobs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

• Supervise pre-job engineering activities and coordinate closely with drilling teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of cementing operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in P&L management within oilfield services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cementing processes.
• Fluency in English.

Job Summary:
