Key Responsibilities:- Direct the work assignments of staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
- Inspect public areas and guest rooms, especially those assigned to VIP guests, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance meet hotel standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for effective communication regarding room status and maintenance needs.
- Assist in the recruitment and performance management of staff while identifying training needs and developing training plans.
- Conduct monthly training sessions to address identified training needs.
- Control the usage of amenities and cleaning supplies to comply with budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor housekeeping procedures, including Lost and Found initiatives, Key Control, and Health and Safety obligations.
