Holystar Arabia is seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional to support our production operations by ensuring the accurate, timely entry and maintenance of production data. This pivotal role is crucial in monitoring production performance, supporting reporting accuracy, and maintaining reliable records within our ERP system for a switchgear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter daily production output and corresponding man-hours into the ERP system.
  • Update job orders, work orders, and production status in real-time.
  • Track and record finished goods, rejected items, and rework quantities.
  • Report data inconsistencies or errors to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Assist in closing production orders and verifying Bill of Material (BOM) consumption.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all production-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma degree (minimum requirement).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar data entry or production support role within a switchgear or manufacturing factory.
  • Previous experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
