Job Description: Digital Marketing and Design Officer
Location: Remote
Type of employment: Part-time

Job Objective:
Full leadership of digital marketing efforts at SaaS Business Services Company, through building creative content, designing visual materials, running advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance, contributing to enhancing the company's digital identity and supporting its commercial goals, under the direct supervision of the Business Development Department.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement digital marketing and creative design plans in coordination with the Business Development Department.
• Manage the company's official accounts on digital platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
• Write and formulate marketing content as per the nature of the company's services.
• Design all visual materials and promotional videos internally.
• Plan and launch digital promotional campaigns for the company's products and services.
• Monitor the digital performance of campaigns and platforms, analyze results, and produce periodic reports.
• Develop the digital visual identity to reflect the professionalism of the company's services.
• Optimize SEO (for the website or any existing updated digital content).
• Coordinate with various company teams to understand services and turn them into clear marketing messages.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, creative design, and content management.
• Ability to work independently and make effective marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator...).
• Familiarity with managing paid campaigns and analyzing their performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads...).
• Strong marketing writing skills and formulation of media messages.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to prepare clear reports for management.
• Commitment to part-time remote work, according to an agreed schedule.
