Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accident-free defensive driving by all users of company vehicles and MHE.
  • Conduct successful staff selection processes for drivers and MHE operators.
  • Oversee the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion prior to authorization for driving company vehicles.
  • Conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process.
  • Provide MHE Training Programs directly.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
  • Must be a Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.
