We need a collection officer
It is preferred that she has previous experience in the field of collection and customer account management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on collecting financial dues from clients.
- Continuous communication with clients to remind them of dues.
- Record collection operations and update data periodically.
- Prepare collection reports and submit them to management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using computers and Office programs.
- Previous experience in the collection field (preferred).
- High communication skills and ability to persuade.
- Seriousness, commitment, and good organization.
