Job Purpose:The Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant control of all medical-device inventory spanning warehouses, branches, and consignment locations. Your role is crucial in maintaining product integrity and supporting uninterrupted sales while minimizing losses and discrepancies.
Scope & Key Outcomes:- Achieve inventory accuracy of 98-99% across ERP and physical stock.
- Guarantee compliance for medical-device traceability and storage.
- Manage expiry, slow-moving, and obsolete stock to minimize write-offs.
- Support sales growth by ensuring product availability and order fulfillment.
- Provide reliable inventory reports for Finance, Sales, and Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor daily inventory transactions and ensure ERP reconciliation.
- Control lot, serial number, and UDI tracking.
- Execute periodic cycle counts and handle variances.
- Ensure compliance with inbound receiving and bin location accuracy.
- Manage non-standard inventory and optimize inventory health.
- Coordinate readiness for audits, tenders, and inspections.
Work Environment:This position is primarily based in a warehouse environment, requiring compliance with safety protocols and potential travel to branches or customer sites.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- 3-5 years of inventory control experience in medical devices or pharma.
- Strong exposure to lot/serial/expiry control.
