The main responsibilities of the person include preparing a plan and work program, following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks among the team.
Main Tasks:- Following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
- Distributing tasks and duties to maintenance team members according to their capabilities and skills.
- Assessing the training needs of maintenance teams and developing their skills.
- Preparing preventive maintenance programs and following up on their implementation procedures.
- Classifying, organizing, documenting, and archiving results and work reports.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
