- Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experience and reduce delinquent debts.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in the collection field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using systems and technologies related to collections.
- High communication skills in both Arabic and English.
