About The Role
The Production Worker / Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. This role plays a crucial part in the manufacturing process, focusing on:

• Assembling and testing products according to specifications.
• Inspecting finished goods for defects and reporting issues.
• Maintaining and cleaning production equipment.
• Following established safety and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before starting new jobs to minimize downtime.
• Operate machinery according to established Work Instructions to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and request support to continuously improve efficiency.
• Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval prior to QC inspection.
• Report any quality defects promptly to QC and the production section head for necessary action.
• Assign tasks to helpers to ensure an organized production process and maintain workplace cleanliness (5S conditions).
