Responsibilities: - Supervising purchasing operations and ensuring their implementation in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- Experience of at least 5 years in purchasing, preferably in the contracting, maintenance, and operation sector.
- Proficiency in using modern procurement systems ERP such as Odoo or others.
- Strong negotiation skills and establishing outstanding relationships with suppliers.
