Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle recruitment process to meet staffing goals across various business units.
- Design and implement tracking and reporting metrics to measure staffing activity.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations during all hiring processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies to expedite the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs for upcoming projects.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Lead the development of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Train and oversee the recruiting team on interview techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Implement new sourcing methods, including social recruiting.
- Create necessary templates for the recruitment process.
- Audit the performance of the recruitment team.
