Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall Boutique operations to ensure quality service delivery.
• Assist Boutique Head in managing and controlling store expenses.
• Prepare financial and non-financial reports for management.
• Maintain store image according to Brand's guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to work.
• Efficiently manage inventory to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
• Handle client-related issues and address customer complaints professionally.
• Develop work schedules for Boutique staff and oversee their implementation.
• Communicate new products, guidelines, and training materials to staff.
• Escalate any client issues or employee non-compliance as needed.
• Maintain superior care and housekeeping procedures at all times.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role; experience in luxury retail or watch sector preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Very good computer skills (MS Office).
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Working Environment:
The job requires flexibility, as you will work on a shifting schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You may also need to work in other boutiques within the same city or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia as required.

Job: Maintenance Supervisor

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Safari Company. This role will be responsible for preparing a work plan and schedule, following procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks among the team. The position also requires designing the training needs for the maintenance team and preparing the preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

• Follow procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of required materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties among team members based on their capabilities and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
• Evaluate the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and monitor their implementation procedures.
• Classify, arrange, document, and preserve results and work reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, its technology, Mechanical Engineering, its technology, or Civil Engineering.

Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003) preferred, Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA) preferred, Project Management (PMI) preferred.

Skills:
We need someone with advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, supervision, technical guidance, training, and report preparation and forecasting.
