Tasks and Responsibilities:
Make daily calls to potential and current clients.
Explain the company's services and maintenance contract features professionally.
Follow up with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
Attempt to persuade the client and complete the sale or schedule a field visit.
Update client information and document call results continuously.
Achieve the required monthly target.
Coordinate with the field sales team and customer service when necessary.
Build good relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Politeness and good handling over the phone.
Ability to handle work pressure and achieve goals.
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.
