Job Summary:The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting new and used vehicles to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in vehicle purchases.
- Promote new and used vehicles, special offers, and financing options.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries from CRM, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Schedule test drives and showroom visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain call KPIs.
- Accurately update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear information.
- Coordinate delivery with stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and represent our brand professionally.
Qualifications:- Educational qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, call center, or customer-facing sales roles; automotive dealership experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills including CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in Arabic and good to fluent in English (spoken and written).
