🎯 Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation / Tele Sales / Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in promoting Odoo ERP solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Tele Sales: Identify potential clients through online research, databases, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling. Contact businesses to introduce Odoo ERP solutions and generate qualified leads. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Understand customer needs, business processes, and pain points. Explain Odoo ERP features, modules, and benefits to potential customers. Coordinate with functional & technical team for proposal creation and solution mapping.
  • Client Relationship Management: Follow up with prospects through email, WhatsApp, and phone until deal closure. Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Build long-term relationships with customers and assist in account management.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Pre-Sales (ERP / Software preferred).
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or any ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, etc.).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Odoo CRM preferred).
  • Ability to draft proposals and follow-up emails professionally.
  • Positive attitude, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
