Job Description
Contact existing and potential customers by phone to promote products and services, complete sales transactions, arrange sales visits, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Make or receive calls from existing and potential customers to promote certain products and services, complete sales transactions, follow up with existing customers, receive their feedback on products and services, and try to resolve any issues that may arise. Document transactions by filling out forms and logs, maintaining a database of calls, results, and actions taken. Arrange visits for sales representatives to promote and sell products and services. Secure customer orders via phone.
Achieve daily and monthly sales goals. • Submit performance reports to the responsible supervisor.
