Job Summary:The Warehouse Technician is responsible for preparing and delivering the required parts to the assembly line as per parts check list/ packing list in accordance with the daily production schedule and cycle time in a safe and efficient manner.
Education Requirements:Technical/ vocational training/ diploma course or equivalent.
Work Experience Requirements:0-2 years.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:- Ability to read and understand packing lists.
- Ability to read and understand equipment check sheets.
- A sound technical mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility/ adaptability at work.
Physical Requirements:- Should be able to lift weights up to 20 kg.
- Should be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
- Should be able to work in a bend/standing position for prolonged time.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities:- Prepares and delivers parts in allotted stages in the Warehouse area.
- Unpacks and sorts cases of parts.
- Arranges parts according to the kitting list.
- Delivers parts to the assembly line.
- Performs 3S before and after operations.
- Devans cases.
- Operates forklift.
- Operates hoist.
- Drives Tow Truck.
- Fills out check sheets.
