Role Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within assigned markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across different segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar components and system configurations (On-Grid, Off-Grid, PV-Diesel Hybrid).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
Desired Skills:- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
