About the Role
Join Almanea Co. as a Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective maintenance of cooling, air conditioning, and electronic devices. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing top-notch service to our clients while ensuring quality control at all stages of the maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely execution.
  • Inspect devices (cooling, air conditioning, electronics) prior to acceptance from clients to confirm their technical status.
  • Engage clients at the service center and maintain a professional rapport.
  • Accurately record device data and maintenance statuses in the system.
  • Coordinate with the technical maintenance team regarding faults and required repairs.
  • Monitor device conditions during maintenance and provide clients with updates.
  • Ensure devices are ready post-maintenance before delivery.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and device conditions.
  • Adhere to quality and occupational safety procedures.

Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of cooling systems, air conditioning, and electronics.
  • Good communication skills with clients.
  • Ability to organize and manage administrative follow-ups.
