Join Fluke Corporation as a Technical Sales Manager!As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be a self-starter responsible for planning and conducting visits to promote Fluke Industrial tools and develop the Fluke business in KSA. Your role is crucial in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets through diverse activities including visits, roadshows, presentations, seminars, and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:- Acknowledge and achieve sales quotas while identifying new business opportunities in target market verticals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies.
- Engage with distributor sales teams to ensure they are informed about Fluke products.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations, assessing and qualifying customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive funnel tracking in CRM and complete administrative reporting.
Team Dynamics:You’ll work within an international team spread across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA, sharing a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Experience Required:- 58 years of successful relevant experience in sales, preferably within the test & measurement sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated success in end-user sales and account management.
Skills:- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Adaptable with an analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel across KSA.
