Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining employee records.
- Supporting recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and reviewing resumes.
- Preparing HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Managing onboarding processes for new employees.
- Tracking attendance and leave records.
- Coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.
- Responding to employee inquiries and requests.
- Maintaining HR systems and updating employee data.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Performing administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
