Role Summary:The Business Development Manager will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand and contribute to clients' future development strategies.
- Establish a robust network with designers and consultants.
- Enhance our commercial office fit-out opportunities across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new clients and increase business.
- Utilize marketing strategies and manage communications.
- Research and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
- Navigate objections and negotiate effectively.
Client Retention:- Enhance client relationships through regular interactions and debriefs.
Business Development Planning:- Attend industry functions and provide market feedback.
Candidate Requirements:Ideal candidates should have:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in KSA or GCC.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A proven track record in business development.
- Networking expertise within the market.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
