🔹خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها خبرة في شركات التطوير العقاري والمقاولات بالسعودية.

🔹إلمام شامل بالأنظمة المالية والضريبية السعودية (الزكاة، القيمة المضافة، قوانين العمل والعقود).

🔹مهارة عالية في إعداد العروض المالية وتحليلها والتفاوض مع الجهات المختلفة.

🔹الإلمام بأنظمة الصناديق العقارية وخبرة في تمويل المشاريع العقارية وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.

🔹إجادة أنظمة ERP وExcel وPowerPoint لإعداد تقارير وعروض مالية دقيقة.

🔹مهارات قيادية لإدارة الفريق المالي واتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية.


🎯 المهام الوظيفية:

🔹الإشراف على كافة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة السعودية.

🔹إعداد التقارير المالية والعروض الدورية لمجلس الإدارة أو الشركاء.

🔹وضع الموازنات السنوية ومتابعة الأداء المالي وضبط المصروفات.

🔹إدارة العلاقة مع الجهات الرسمية كهيئة الزكاة والضرائب والبنوك.
