Job Objective:To supervise and manage the production cells effectively, ensuring availability of qualified personnel to meet the production plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly staff communications to gather feedback and address improvements.
- Set maintenance intervention priorities and employee training objectives.
- Conduct annual appraisals and quarterly coaching sessions.
- Plan the organization of production cells based on workload and absences.
- Manage operator versatility and ensure appropriate training.
- Address staff absence traceability and manage conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HR procedures.
- Lead improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
Work Experience Requirements:Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role.
Qualification & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in team management within industrial environments is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
