Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives.
- Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and issue keys and supplies.
- Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, and take appropriate action.
- Inspect areas cleaned using a checklist to ensure standards are met.
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
- Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants.
- Assist with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.
Requirements:- Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
- Previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.
- Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and experience with Opera is an advantage.
