عن الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن محاسب محترف للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مسؤولياتك تشمل:
  • إعداد وتسجيل القيود اليومية والعمليات المحاسبية.
  • إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
  • متابعة الإيرادات والمصروفات الخاصة بالأوقاف.
  • إدارة ومتابعة الذمم المدينة والدائنة.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية ورفعها للإدارة.
  • متابعة التسويات البنكية بشكل دوري.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المالية المعتمدة.
  • التعاون مع المراجع الخارجي وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة.
  • حفظ وتنظيم الملفات والسجلات المالية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
يجب على المتقدمين الحصول على مؤهل (البكالوريوس) في تخصص (المحاسبة/ العلوم الإدارية) بالإضافة إلى:
  • خبرة أكاديمية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
  • يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة سابقة في المؤسسات الوقفية أو غير الربحية.

المهارات:
يجب أن يتمتع المتقدمون بالمهارات التالية:
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والبرامج المحاسبية.
  • القدرة على استخدام قواعد البيانات المختلفة.
  • إلمام بالأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية (إن وجدت).
  • إجادة استخدام برامج الإكسل.
  • امتلاك المهارات التنظيمية والقدرة على ترتيب المهام.
  • القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات المثلى.
