As a Barista at our Café, you will work closely with the Café Manager to support daily operations while ensuring the company’s high standards are met.
Role Overview:You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by leveraging your coffee knowledge and interpersonal skills. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to coffee recipes for preparation.
- Maintaining brewing equipment and reporting issues.
- Attending to customers' orders and preferences.
- Ensuring timely operations that meet quality standards.
- Resolving issues that arise effectively.
- Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Positively engaging with coworkers.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in cafes.
- Certified Barista certification.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English.
Knowledge and Skills:- Adequate coffee knowledge and ability to differentiate aromas.
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer programs.
Personality Traits:- Strong communicator with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to lead with empathy.
