We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Recruitment, Training Coordination across departments, and HR Operations. Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs
- Training & Development
- Identify training requirements across various departments (technical, operations, admin)
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external training programs
- Track training effectiveness and maintain updated training records
- HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks including attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support HR initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
- 35 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment and training needs in industrial settings
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is an advantage
