Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or rental vehicles.
  • Assist customers in choosing a vehicle that meets their needs based on price and size.
  • Notify customers of any damage on the vehicle prior to rental.
  • Prepare rental agreements while advising on and upselling vehicles and optional extras, ensuring they are informed of contract details, rental policies, and procedures.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, inventory, cash sheets, and daily business reports effectively.
  • Process payments related to credit cards within the company system and handle daily transaction records.
  • Oversee the collection of rental charges from customers using various payment methods (Cash / POS / Bank Transfer).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of rental agreements.
  • Prepare end-of-duty reports including daily collections and vehicle status reports.
  • Supervise drivers in maintaining vehicle conditions and address any complaints regarding damages.
  • Update inventory records for vehicles in use or under maintenance.
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and refueled for the next client.
