Key Responsibilities:- Sales Development & Revenue Generation: Execute sales strategies, consistently meet revenue targets, and convert leads.
- Client Engagement & Portfolio Management: Manage a growing B2B client portfolio, lead end-to-end sales activities, and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Business Expansion: Pursue business opportunities, stay updated on market trends, and refine offerings based on feedback.
- Coordination & Service Alignment: Ensure flawless deal execution and resolve client queries swiftly.
- Ownership & Execution: Accountability for the sales pipeline, working independently to meet targets.
Key Requirements:- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding.
- Ability to win and manage mid to large accounts.
- Strong grasp of pricing, costing, and freight margins.
