Job Purpose: You will be responsible for handling all receptionist duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Attending all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Receiving, sending, distributing, and logging all incoming and outgoing faxes and mails.
- Maintaining telephone directories for both Yokogawa employees and clients.
- Recording visitor details and managing courier documents.
- Supporting the Admin group manager in scheduling security guards.
Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative functions.
- Any Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
Competencies: - Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong telephone skills and document management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
