Position Summary:In this role, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, billing, and account inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both Arabic and English.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
