Position SummaryThe Corporate Wellness Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with corporate clients and educational establishments throughout Riyadh. This role combines strategic business development with consultative selling, requiring the successful candidate to understand the unique wellness needs of organizations and present tailored Ambba™ solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a full-time position working from home, but with travel to client's premises for meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and research potential corporate clients and educational institutions within Riyadh
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop comprehensive, customized proposals
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Represent Ambba™ at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field
- Previous sales experience highly valued
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Performance Expectations- Generate 15-20 qualified leads per month
- Conduct 8-10 sales presentations per month
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Maintain 20-25% client conversion rate
