تُعلن شركة ANTEAQUE عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى:
مدير مطعم
لقيادة مشروع مطعم جديد في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، من مرحلة التأسيس وحتى التشغيل الكامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على مراحل تأسيس المطعم بما يشمل التصميم الداخلي، اختيار المعدات، وترتيب التجهيزات.
- بناء فريق العمل من التوظيف إلى التدريب والتشغيل.
- إعداد وتطوير قوائم الطعام والسياسات التشغيلية.
- التواصل مع الموردين واختيار أفضل المواد والمكونات.
- التأكد من الالتزام بجميع الاشتراطات الصحية والتنظيمية.
- قيادة خطة الانطلاقة وتشغيل المطعم بأعلى مستوى من الكفاءة والجودة.
- المتابعة اليومية لأداء العمليات وتحقيق رضا العملاء.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل المطاعم، ويفضّل من لديه خبرة في تأسيس مشاريع جديدة.
- مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على التنظيم والتخطيط.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الموردين والإشراف على الجوانب التشغيلية والمالية.
- معرفة تامة بالأنظمة الصحية والبلدية في السعودية.
- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.
ملاحظات مهمة:
- العمل في المرحلة الحالية (قبل التشغيل الرسمي) لا يخضع لساعات عمل ثابتة، ويحتاج إلى مرونة والتزام حسب متطلبات المشروع.
- وجود وسيلة مواصلات خاصة خلال فترة التأسيس شرط أساسي لضمان القدرة على التنقل بين المواقع عند الحاجة.

- ANTEAQUE is hiring for the position of:
- Restaurant Manager
- To lead the development of a new restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from the setup phase through to full operation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Oversee all phases of restaurant setup, including interior design, equipment procurement, and operational readiness.
- - Recruit, train, and lead the restaurant team.
- - Develop menus and operating policies and procedures.
- - Coordinate with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients and materials.
- - Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
- - Manage the launch strategy and supervise daily operations.
- - Monitor performance and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- - Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with hands-on experience in launching new restaurant concepts.
- - Strong leadership and planning skills.
- - Proven ability to manage suppliers and oversee operational and financial aspects.
- - Knowledge of local Saudi health and regulatory standards.
- - Able to perform under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Important Notes:
- - Working hours during the setup phase are flexible and not fixed, and require full availability based on project needs.
- - A personal mode of transportation is required during the pre-opening phase to ensure on-site presence and mobility.
