About the Role:As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and meeting growth targets. This position requires outstanding communication, networking, and sales skills.
Responsibilities:- Grow sales by developing existing clients and generating new leads.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel that exceeds targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues for business development and strategy implementation.
- Promote our services through presentations and training sessions.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and manage the sales cycle.
- Provide regular reporting and participate in process improvement activities.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management degree in Marketing (preferred).
- A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in technical and industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently.
