Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative at Barakah, you will assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Addressing product questions
- Resolving complaints
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Providing support to improve customer loyalty
Although this is a remote-type position, the candidate must be based in Jeddah for continued training purposes, where you will collaborate closely with the team to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Loyalty
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Fluency in relevant languages
