Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the fire protection, fire alarm, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sectors.

• Market and sell products and services, including fire extinguishing materials and fire alarms.

• Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients.

Follow up on quotations and tenders, and negotiate contracts.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.

• Two to five years of experience in sales of fire protection systems, fire alarms, or general mechanical and electrical materials.

Good understanding of fire systems, mechanical, and electrical materials.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
