Role Overview:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for converting leads into sales and expanding our market presence in IT training solutions. You will play a key role in identifying client needs and proposing suitable training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
- Sell IT training and certification solutions to global clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable training programs.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in IT Training Sales (mandatory).
- Strong track record in sales conversions and target achievement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling international clients confidently.
- Proficient in using CRM tools.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Mandatory Criteria:Resident status is required. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
