Job PurposeThis position exists to perform promotion activities of electrical products efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas- Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness: Promote and sell Alfanar products while increasing brand awareness among end users. Maintain effective relationships with customers, including Alfanar distributors and electricians.
- Market Research and Reporting: Track traffic flow in the showroom and conduct surveys to gather information on the market and competitors. Generate monthly reports on sales deals for management.
- Product Management and Launch Support: Coordinate with the sales team for updated price lists and information on promotions. Contribute to new product launches and ensure they are added to the showroom promptly.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain showroom assets, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal. Ensure continuous availability of marketing materials.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with sales support to facilitate sales between the team and end users, highlighting new opportunities.
- Opportunity Reporting: Report on market opportunities or issues related to distributors and end users.
HR Proficiency: Ability to acquire updated skills and have a career path vision.
