About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated
Sales Specialist to join our team at
مؤسسة تصبيرة لذيذة لتجارة الأغذية. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing sales policies, monitoring their implementation, evaluating results, and preparing sales documentation and reports.
Main Responsibilities:- Study and follow market developments to identify and develop marketing goals, sales methods, and estimate expected sales volume.
- Propose sales policies and monitor the implementation of sales methods and promotional programs.
- Communicate with customers to identify their problems and monitor competitors’ sales programs to avoid future risks.
- Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and suggest corrective plans and actions as necessary.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports related to sales and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) - preferred.
- CIT (Information Technology) - preferred.
- PHRi - Professional in Human Resources - preferred.
- Project Management (PMI) - preferred.
- Professional Salesman Certificate (CAME - PSC) - preferred.
