- Handling phone calls and booking rooms and services.
- Following up on complaints and resolving them quickly and satisfactorily for guests.
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably those with courses in reception or tourism).
- Previous experience working in hotels or customer service is an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the public.
