Join Our Team as a Procurement Manager!Binzagr For Industry and Maintenance is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Our company has been a pivotal player in Saudi Arabia's oil and gas sector since 1980, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and execute the Procurement Department budget and the Procurement Cost Optimization Plan.
- Organize schedules based on 'Project Material and Service Plans' and purchase requisitions.
- Complete the 'Cost Optimization Report', providing quarterly updates and compiling CapEx forecasts.
- Expand the supplier base by identifying and engaging new suppliers.
- Negotiate better terms with suppliers and analyze metrics to improve pricing and service levels.
- Ensure blanket contracts are in place and manage risks related to supply agreements.
- Provide the latest pricing updates to Sales and Estimation teams.
- Ensure timely purchase order (PO) releases and material deliveries as per SLAs.
- Manage customs duty exemptions and ensure compliance with customs clearance regulations.
- Assume any other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 34 years of experience in procurement.
- Preferred experience in foreign purchasing and customs clearance formalities.
Skills:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of supply chain systems, purchase order management, and payable modules.
Languages:- Professional-level English is essential.
- Conversational Arabic is desirable.
