Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: A cleaning supervisor is required to follow up on cleaning and preventive and corrective maintenance work within the team. This role requires monitoring procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the materials needed to implement it.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks among maintenance team members and monitor their performance and evaluate their achievements.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
• Classify, organize, and document work reports and maintenance results.

Qualifications: The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering.

Experience: 3 years of experience in the field of maintenance.

Benefits:

• The salary ranges between 4000 to 7000 Saudi Riyals.
