Job Summary:Summit Development Engineering Consulting Company is looking for a receptionist with high organizational skills and the ability to provide an outstanding professional experience for clients and visitors, while supervising a range of daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Main Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients and visitors and providing a professional greeting that reflects the company’s identity
- Responding to client inquiries and directing them to the relevant departments within the office
- Monitoring employee attendance and departure, and updating attendance records regularly
- Preparing and printing technical and administrative contracts according to approved procedures
- Printing, preparing, and delivering plans and technical documents to clients
- Issuing invoices and following up on payment processes and coordinating with relevant parties
- Arranging and organizing meeting schedules and official appointments
Qualifications and Required Experience:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretarial, or a related field
- High communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
